All the policy decisions will be made by the Government and issue orders accordingly. In respect of developmental activities which are scheduled to be met from the Hospital Development Society funds the decision of the Chairman of the Hospital Development Society and District Collector, Visakhapatnam is final which shall be placed in the Hospital Development Society meeting for ratification.
